In the first construction phase, three of the four traces of the Masurenallee confluence area are blocked for four days. The construction work takes place on the following periods:
- 1. BA: April 22, 2024 to April 25, 2024
- 2nd BA: April 25, 2024 to April 30, 2024
- 3rd BA: April 30, 2024 to May 7, 2024

During the construction period, there will be restrictions in the southern area of ​​Theodor-Heuss-Platz. Bus traffic is diverted from the Jafféstrasse to the side lane of Heerstrasse, which also affects the Württembergallee stop.

The construction work is financed from federal funds and are planned in coordination with the road traffic authority and traffic control Berlin. The Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf civil engineering office and the construction company are working to complete the work quickly and efficiently.
