On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, a reading from the book "Everything is jazz" (original title: "Heart overboard") by the Viennese author Lili Grün will take place in the Heinrich Schulz library in Berlin. The reading is carried out by Stella Maria Adorf and organized by the music school City West and the Heinrich Schulz library in cooperation. The musical accompaniment takes place by Christof Griese on the saxophone, Tal Balshai on the piano, Horst Nonnenmacher on the bass and Leon Griese-Schoeneich on the drums. The book "Everything is Jazz" is about the turbulent life of young women in Berlin in the 1920s, which is characterized by the economic crisis, mass unemployment and poverty.
