A very special festival before the holidays is just around the corner! On Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 3 p.m. , the celebration hall of the Heerstraße cemetery on Trakehner Allee 1 (14053 Berlin) transformed into a musical magic location. Here an advent concert becomes an experience - and the best thing about it? Entry is completely free!
The afternoon magic will start with impressive trumpet soli, performed by the talented Viktor Wein. But that's just the start! This is followed by the young federal prize winner of “Jugend musiziert”, Mr. Maurice Pappé. He enchants the listeners with masterpieces by Johann Sebastian Bach and Niccolò Paganini on the organ. A truly heavenly experience for all music lovers!
Together for the music
This musical highlight is organized by the Freundeskreis of the Musikschule Steglitz-Zehlendorf e. V. in cooperation with the former cemetery director Helmut Krauss. This event is not only a festival of music, but also a sign of the community and commitment to culture.
Thanks to a generous private donation, this event can take place, which makes the hearts beat faster. And the best? Registration is not necessary. Just come over and enjoy a contemplative musical journey during Advent.
