Berlin top candidate: Interior to the European elections on April 30, 2024
A public discussion event with top Berlin candidate: Inside the European elections will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the BVV hall of the Schöneberg town hall. The event is organized by the State Working Group on the EU representative of the Berlin districts and the European Akademie Berlin.
The upcoming European elections on Sunday, June 9, 2024 raise important questions because the composition of the new EU Parliament is crucial for the future of Europe. Topics such as defense, migration, climate protection and social cohesion often require cross -border action at European level, which also affects local politics in Berlin and its districts. It is therefore of great importance to consciously choose the European Parliament.
The discussion event offers guests the opportunity to get in touch with the Berlin top candidate: to get in touch for the European elections and to discuss the central issues of election. Among other things, the following politicians will take part in the discussion:
- Hildegard Bentele (CDU)
- Gaby Bischoff (SPD)
- Dr. Sergey Lagodinsky (Bündnis 90 /The Greens)
- Jutta Rabe (BSW)
- Carsten Schatz (Die Linke)
- Dr. Anastasia Vishnevskaya man (FDP)
The program of the event includes a moderated discussion with the top candidate: inside from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by a get-together with a small snack.
Registration for the event is still possible. Take the opportunity to inform yourself about the positions and ideas of the top candidate: to inform the European elections inside and to actively participate in the discussion. Europe is also, even at the local level.
