Brose welcomes 50 new trainees in Coburg and the surrounding area
New talents for the future: Brose starts training year 2024
Coburg, Bamberg, Würzburg, Berlin and Wuppertal, 02.09.2024. In an important initiative to promote youth, Brose starts at several German locations with 50 new trainees into the training year 2024. This decision illustrates the company's commitment in the training of young specialists and sets a sign in today's labor market landscape.
The locations Coburg and Bamberg/Hallstadt together welcome 21 new talents, while in Würzburg 14 and in Berlin two trainees begin their professional career. A remarkable trend is Brose's decision to train 31 young people in the field of mechatronics and industrial mechanics in international locations, such as Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the USA. This shows how important global networking is for modern companies.
"The investment in qualified youngsters is crucial for the future of our company," explains Michael Stammberger, training manager at Brose. "We not only offer young people well -founded training, but also opportunities for personal and professional development in a dynamic working environment." These words underline the philosophy of Brose to respond to the needs of the next generation as a global family business and to offer them safe perspectives.
In addition to the classic apprenticeships, 13 dual students in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science and automotive technology began. The dual degree is becoming increasingly popular because it combines practice -oriented learning with theoretical training. For future trainees there is already good news: The application phase for the training positions in 2025 has started. From now on, interested young people can apply to start their training at Brose from September 1, 2025 or from October 1, 2025. Information on the application can be found on the company website.
With this step, Brose not only shows responsibility for your own workforce, but also for social development. By training young people, they contribute to strengthening the economy in Germany and beyond sustainably and creating jobs for the future.press contact:
