On the night of Sunday, a dramatic traffic accident occurred in Kreuzberg when a civilian police car drove to the Gitschiner Straße/Zossener Straße intersection at Red Light and collided with a line bus from the N42. The accident happened around 0:25 when the bus driver, who did not transport passengers, was traveling towards Lindenstrasse.

The 28-year-old driver of the emergency car suffered an arm injury and was treated on an outpatient basis before he broke his service. His 26-year-old colleague in the passenger seat contracted head injuries and was taken to the hospital for inpatient treatment. The 64-year-old bus driver, on the other hand, was unharmed.
