Future of social security: Focus on digitization in Europe

Future of social security: Focus on digitization in Europe
Berlin becomes the hotspot of the digital revolution in social security! On October 15 and 16, the elite of the European social security institutions meets in the capital - and that under the explosive motto: "Digitization in social security: future prospects for Europe".
Around 135 representatives from 29 countries have gathered to discuss the burning topics of social security and the lightning -fast digital exchange of social security data. One topic that is of central importance for many citizens: How do you keep an overview of all claims in Europe as an employee or pensioner? The answer could be a better data exchange between the different countries and their social systems.
a revolutionary step - Eessi in focus
A diamond moment for digitization of pension insurance has already been reached! The innovative system of the "electronic exchange of social security data" (Eessi) has opened the doors for a faster and more efficient data exchange. Over 2,700 institutions from the EU, EEA, Switzerland and Great Britain are already networked! An astonishing progress - 100 million messages have already been exchanged via Eessi. A smooth process that enormously accelerates pension calculations based on working hours in different countries!
Gundula Roßbach, the President of the German Pension Insurance, emphasizes: "The Eessi system is not only cost-saving, but also an essential basis for the development of further digital processes." In fact, the German pension insurance alone paid 2.7 million pensions based on insurance times in other EU countries. This is more than just progress - this is a new era of European cooperation!
redesign the future: pilot project DC4eu
Another highlight of the colloquium is the exciting EU pilot project "Digital Evidence for Europe" (DC4eu). Under the leadership of Gundula Roßbach, the project will be of great importance: it aims to digitize and verify evidence of education and social security. The focus is on the European health insurance card and the A1 certificate.
These digital evidence is kept in a safe egg-compliant digital wallet (wallet). A step into the future that is not only safe, but also user -friendly!
The colloquium not only promises exciting discussions, but also impressive presentations. The "Vivess app", developed for Spanish pensioners abroad, is presented by Nuri Ramos. This innovative application ensures the life confirmation for pensioners so that the pension payments can be continued without interruption.
be ready for the digital revolution! The future of social security in Europe is not only discussed, but actively designed!
