Less bureaucracy for volunteering: CDU/CSU shapes draft law for clubs
A storm of change runs through the bourgeois rows! The CDU/CSU plans a brave advance: More than 25 percent of the annoying bureaucracy should be put to the test - the focus is on volunteering and the club work!
On Friday, a heated debate in the Bundestag will be sparked where the CDU/CSU parliamentary group "promote commitment, strengthen volunteering, relieve clubs-reduce bureaucracy in the volunteer work" for the first time (BT-Drs. 20/12982). A clear call for action to make the valuable work of the volunteers visible and relieve!
The voices of the Union
Günter Krings , the legal policy spokesman for the CDU/CSU, does not make a leaf in front of the mouth. "The strong loads of volunteers and associations fell under the table under the traffic lights under the table," he explains. With 14 concrete suggestions, the volunteers should be relieved and strengthened noticeably. He calls on the traffic light coalition to implement these suggestions as quickly as possible and to set a sign of the indispensable role of the volunteers in our society.
But what does all that mean in practice? Martin Plum , rapporteur for reduction in bureaucracy, goes into detail: "A club has to rumble with bureaucracy on average over six hours a week. We don't want to put up with that." He calls for a halving of the bureaucracy stress so that the volunteers can concentrate on their important tasks again.
less bureaucracy, more joy
The message is clear: Florian Müller emphasizes that joy and motivation in volunteering suffer from the overwhelming bureaucracy. "We have to give the volunteers the space to concentrate on their commitment to the community," he complains. With the proposed measures, up to 25 percent of the bureaucratic hurdles could be removed - that would be almost 1.5 hours less bureaucracy per week!
The CDU/CSU parliamentary group speaks a new chapter by promoting volunteering and emphasizing the importance of the clubs. Will the traffic light coalition now show that it is ready to support the changes? The time for decisions has come!
In the political arena, the CDU/CSU is the voice of the Middle People's Parties, shaped by freedom, cohesion and personal responsibility. Under the leadership of Friedrich Merz , they are committed to a strong constitutional state and unity in Europe. Appearance of the Union: A clear appeal to the commitment of the citizens and the strengthening of the volunteer.
