Finally better network in the Jerichower Land!

Mobile phone supply in Jerichower Land is experiencing a true update! Deutsche Telekom has spared no effort and built a brand new location in the popular municipality of Burg in the past two months. The result? A clear improvement in mobile phone cover and a significant increase in the bandwidth! For the residents, this means: faster internet and better reception - even in your own four walls!

"The need for bandwidth is booming - now by about 30 percent a year!" explains Georg von Wagner, the company spokesman for Deutsche Telekom. And that is exactly why Telekom drives the expansion of mobile phone at full throttle!

In Jerichower Land, Telekom now operates a total of 56 locations. Highly gratifying: the household cover is almost 100 percent! But that's not all - another 20 locations are to be added by 2026, and exciting extensions with LTE or even 5G are imminent at 25 radio masts. All of this does not happen alone! Telekom relies on partnerships with municipalities and owners to secure the necessary areas for the new locations. And that's not all! Telekom currently has more than 36,000 mobile phone locations and is planning around 1,500 new annually. Rapid growth in terms of the future of mobile communications!
