Tombola proceeds strengthens the Albinea-Treptow-Köpenick Cities Partnership

Am vergangenen Samstag fand im Rathaus Treptow das traditionelle Jahres-Auftakt-Miteinander des Bezirksamtes Treptow-Köpenick statt. Neben Informationsständen des Bezirkes und zahlreichen Akteuren, einem bunten Programm aus Musik und Talk hat der Tourismusverein Berlin Treptow-Köpenick e. V. eine Tombola organisiert. Der Erlös von 734,12 € ging als Spende an den Sportverein BBSC e.V. Mit Unterstützung des Tombolaerlöses kann die Städtepartnerschaft zwischen Albinea und Treptow-Köpenick weiter belebt werden. Last Saturday, the traditional annual start of the TREPTOW-Köpenick district office took place in the Treptow town hall. In addition to information stands of the district and numerous actors, a colorful program of music and talk, the tourism association Berlin Treptow-Köpenick e. V. organized a raffle. The proceeds of € 734.12 went as a donation to the sports club BBSC e.V. With the support of the raffle proceeds, the city partnership between Albinea and Treptow-Köpenick can be continued. The history of city twinning goes back to the post -war period, as such partnerships served to promote and deepen the interaction between the peoples and cities. Nowadays they offer the opportunity to strengthen cultural, sporting and economic relationships and set new impulses.
