Hoffloh markets in Köpenick: Neighbors exchange treasures on July 12th!

The popular hoppage markets will take place on July 12, 2025 in Köpenick-Dammvorstadt. The event, which will be organized for the fifth time, is a joint project by the neighborhood initiative Dammi-Kiez and the mobile district work of Rabenhaus e.V. The flea market opens its goals from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and invites house communities to build flea market stalls in their backyards or as a ceiling flea market. The registration deadline for interested participants is July 8, 2025, and registrations can be sent by email to hello@dammi-kiez.de . Each participant is liable for their stand and should coordinate with neighbors and, if necessary, the property management.

Particular attention is paid to the promotion of neighborhood and sustainability. In addition, information is given in the back yard of Puchanstrasse 25 about the initiative and the opportunity to collect ideas for the neighborhood.

The mobile district work of the Rabenhaus e.V. has made a decisive contribution to strengthening the sense of community in the dam in November 2021. In cooperation with the association, she conducts social-cultural projects that promote neighborhood aid, child and family work and a welcome culture for new Berliners. Cooperation with the neighborhood initiative Dammi-Kiez is one of the key strategies to inspire more citizens and to stimulate them.

Community work is integrated directly into the Dammvorstadt and Köpenick Nord and will in future be funded by the Senate for Social Affairs, specifically the ASGIVA. This should not only strengthen the participation of the residents, but also a cosmopolitan, tolerant, intercultural and diverse district.
