House trees for Treptow-Köpenick: Application period ends on June 30th

Last year, 56 house trees could already be planted in Treptow-Köpenick, which have to be optimally supplied with water over the summer. For this reason, the Lower Nature Conservation Authority has created a casting guide with tips on watering that was sent to all house tree owners and is also published on the website for the house tree project.

For those interested who want to apply for a house tree this year, there is still the opportunity to do so by June 30th. To facilitate the selection of the appropriate house tree, profile for the trees listed and published on the project website were created.

The house tree project in Treptow-Köpenick is still committed to the greening and beautification of the district. Information on the project, the application form, the profile to the house trees and the casting instructions can be found on the website "House trees for Treptow-Köpenick".

It can be seen that the commitment to more green in the city continues. By planting house trees, not only the cityscape can be embellished, but also the air quality can be improved. Residents of Treptow-Köpenick have the opportunity to actively participate in the design and care of their surroundings.

A table with information on the already planted house trees as well as their locations, types and care requirements could be helpful to provide an overview of the project and to support potential applicants in the selection.
