THW state representative Sebastian Gold today visited the helping hands in Eisenhüttenstadt and found out about the dramatic location on the Oder. Together with the local associations from Frankfurt (Oder), Lübben, and other cities, all the strength is bundled to relieve the region. The volunteers are on the road from Berlin to Lausitz - an unprecedented solidarity!

With their technology, expertise and experience, they have been ready for decades when the country is in need. In this case it says: pack sandbags, secure dikes and protect citizens - a mission that does not know any obstacle!
