Expansion of the driving library's stop: New stop at Kurmärkische Straße 13, Berlin
The driving library will expand its stop plan from May 21, 2024 and will now start the new stop at Kurmärkische Strasse 13, 10783 Berlin every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This expansion is part of the efforts to strengthen the offer of the city library in the north of Schöneberg.
Since the “Trud-Kolmar library” from the Sophie-Scholl secondary school moved out, a new location has been searched for in March 2021. Since then there has been no regular library offer in this part of Berlin. The opening of the new stop of the driving library in the Kurmarkian street closes this gap and again enables the residents of the North Schöneberg to access library offers.
dr. Boryano Rickum, head of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg city library, was pleased with the expansion of the offer. The integration of the driving library into this district should help to improve cultural life and educational opportunities for the residents.
Here is a table with the details of the new stop:
| Stop | Kurmärkische Straße 13, 10783 Berlin |
| ——————- | ———————————— |
| Weekday | Tuesday |
| Time | 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. |
| Head | Dr. Boryano Rickum |
The city library's team will be happy to provide further information and inquiries. The extension of the offer by the driving library shows the commitment of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg city administration to make education and culture accessible in remote districts.
