District offices Berlin: Office hours appointments in April 2024

On April 24, 2024, Maren Schellenberg, the district mayor of Berlin, will hold a consultation in the Zehlendorf town hall. Interested citizens have the opportunity to prepare their concerns between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in room A 131. A telephone registration under 90299-3301 is required to be able to take part in the consultation.

Other members of the Berlin district will also offer consultation hours in the coming weeks to get in touch with the citizens. Cerstin Richter-Kotowski, district councilor for Education, Culture and Sport, will be available to be accessible on April 4, 2024 in the Steglitz town hall. Patrick Steinhoff, district councilor for urban development, will be represented on April 10, 2024 in the Zehlendorf town hall. Urban Aykal, district councilor for order, environmental and nature conservation, streets and green spaces, will hold his consultation date on April 24, 2024, the exact location will be announced when registering. Tim Richter, district councilor for civil services and social issues, welcomes the citizens on April 18, 2024 in the town hall of Lankwitz. And finally Carolina Böhm, district councilor for youth and health, will be available on April 11, 2024 in the Lilienthal neighborhood house.

In order to take part in the office hours, a telephone registration under the corresponding numbers is required. The dates offer the citizens the opportunity to talk directly to the political decision -makers and to put their concerns.

These consultation hours offer citizens the opportunity to discuss their concerns and questions directly with the political representatives of the district office and thus actively take part in the design of their living environment.
