Start of the smartphone course for seniors in Berlin!

On May 15, 2024, a new smartphone course for seniors will start in the Hakenfelde senior club in Berlin. This initiative of the Spandau district office of Berlin, Office for Social Affairs, Seniors department is aimed at newcomers to deal with smartphones and offers valuable information and exercises. The course focuses on important basic settings, the use of internet connections, photography, sending photos, video calls, using apps and much more.

The smartphone can be useful for older people in everyday life, so it is important that they master the basics and are safe to deal with the devices. The course is held in small groups to ensure personal support and a pleasant learning atmosphere. The participation fee is € 70 for five appointments of 1.5 hours.
