Initiatives for Reinickendorf entrepreneurs: Networking at Ladies Lunch
A powerful network blooms! On Friday, October 18, entrepreneurs and women came together in management positions in one of the most popular restaurants in Berlin, the Schollenkrug. Under the direction of the committed district mayor Emine Demirbüken-Wegner (CDU), they experienced the "Reinickendorfer Ladies Lunch"-an event that brings together the women of the economy and stimulates dialogue. Here, in the heart of Reinickendorf, not only enjoyed, but also work!
This event, which takes place several times a year in cooperation with the Economic Development of the Reinickendorf District Office and Berlin Partner Business and Technology GmbH, offers women an incomparable platform for exchange and valuable relationships. Together ideas were forged and cooperations were formed, because women power is very important here!
new impulses for sustainable action
After a warm welcome by the district mayor, Sabine Reuter from the Reuter X Bobeth Branding Agency shared important information about the legal framework and opportunities for sustainable company practices. The listeners were enthusiastic - sustainable strategies are not only modern, they are also urgently needed for the future!
Following Reuter’s presentation, the participants took the opportunity to exchange ideas intensively with the district mayor and with each other. The most pressing economic issues were discussed there - because this is not just about business, but about real cooperation and mutual support! Together strong, that's the motto!
A call for appreciation of vocational training
"I am pleased that we have created an event format with Berlin Partners that gives the Reinickendorf entrepreneur space for regular exchange and the linkage of new business contacts," says Demirbüken-Wegner, who takes away the women with their charming way. In particular, she emphasizes the need to network business and schools more closely: "We have to close the skilled workers together! A successful start -up does not always require a master's degree. We need more respect for professions that do not require academic training - they are the backbone of our society!"
This clear message was gratefully accepted by everyone present. The focus is on not only giving women a voice in business life, but also to give the diverse vocational training the importance they deserve. It is time to celebrate the variety of our professions and promote the talents of the future!
