With an inspiring initiative, the “Reinickendorfer Training Buddy 2025” competition is launched in order to appreciate companies that actively work for the training of young people. The aim is to promote companies from Reinickendorf, take responsibility for the development of young people and for the business location. The initiative will be organized by the Reinickendorf district office in cooperation with the "Traditional Tradition" initiative.

Companies with a company headquarters in Reinickendorf and at least five employees can take part in the competition. An independent jury will determine the winners who are awarded in three equivalent categories for small, medium and large companies. The application deadline for interested companies is September 21, 2025, followed by a festive award on October 9, 2025.
