Rapper Bushido and Berlin Clan: Charming seducers deceived?

Anis Ferchichi, better known as German rapper Bushido, was most recently compared to a charming seducer in front of the Berlin district court, who plays with the fate of others for his own advantage. After the devastating mild judgment, with which the presiding judge Martin Mrosk on Monday, Clangbäßen Arafat Abou-Chaker now considered after three and a half years of trial, the question arises: How much did the Berlin public prosecutor's office be blinded and manipulated from this charming seducer named Ferchichi? Admittedly, chief prosecutor Petra Leistner is right when she says that the state naturally had to investigate the information that Bushido and his family were threatened by the Abou Chaker clan.

Why wasn't the ripcord pulled out earlier when it became clear that - apart from the statements of the Ferchichi couple - there was no objective evidence for the charges, there is a mystery. The high costs at three and a half years of process have been left out. The real damage lies elsewhere. Namely, that a dodgy figure like Arafat Abou-Chaker now has the opportunity to break with this acquittal.

It is not the first time that the Berlin clank rimity is very important. In recent years, the so -called “clans” have repeatedly come into focus. These criminal gangs, whose members often belong to a large family, are notorious for their criminal machinations, such as money laundering, drug trafficking and draft funds. The Abou Chaker family is one of the best-known clans in Berlin and has been the subject of investigations in the past.

The credibility of Bushido and his wife Anis Ferchichi was already controversial before the trial of Abou chaker. In the past, there have been several reports of questionable business practices and contacts with criminal elements. The relationship between Bushido and the clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker was shaped by hatred and argument for a long time. It can be assumed that the Berlin public prosecutor's office has been influenced and hoped to be able to achieve a success against Abou chaups as a key witness.

It remains to be seen how this judgment will influence the work of the Berlin public prosecutor and the fight against clank rimity in the capital. The fact that Abou chaker has now been acquitted could possibly affect the reputation of the law enforcement agencies and shake the constitution of the population into the rule of law.
