Thanks to the cooperation between the climate protection control center of the Pankow district office and the Berlin consumer advice center, interested parties can take part in three free information evenings that deal with current topics of energy efficiency and renewable energies. The first event will take place on Thursday,09/12/2024, from6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.mtakes place and is dedicated to the topicPhotovoltaics. As energy prices have risen in recent years, homeowners' desire for independence is growing. The lecture will shed light on whether investing in a solar system is actually worthwhile and how much self-consumption makes sense. The following information evening will take place on Friday,09/13/2024, also from6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, with theEfficiency house and renovation roadmap. The individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) is presented here, which supports homeowners in systematically planning renovation measures and showing their costs and funding options. This is particularly relevant for anyone who wants to optimize their buildings for energy efficiency.
The series will conclude on Wednesday,September 18, 2024, also from6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, the focus onHeating technologies and heat pumpsplaced. Given climate change and rising energy costs, it is essential to consider alternative heating methods. The speakers will explain the specific regulations of the Building Energy Act and present various funding options for replacing heating systems.
