In the heart of Berlin-Pankow, cultural lovers can look forward to an exciting program: the hiking exhibition of the Pankow Museum "Solidarity Station" Jacob Morenga ". From now on until the closure is the captivating exhibition in the foyer of the 1st floor during the opening times of the town hall from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On November 27, the Emma Ihrer Hall will be transformed into a place of discoveries at 6 p.m. In the book presentation: "(de) colonial traces in Pankow" it examines which traces of colonialism are still visible in Pankow today. The anthology throws light on stories of people and institutions that are interwoven with colonialism. Both the profiteers of colonialism and the people affected come up. Students: Inside from the Reinhold burger school will even set an example and hand over an application to establish a plaque!

Exciting panel discussion for "international solidarity"

Just a week later, on December 5, it will be exciting: The panel discussion for transformation of "international solidarity" becomes a flight into the past of development policy! Historical discussions from 1990 to 1994 are uncovered and examined. Representatives: Inside the oppositional development policy groups, the GDR state and even West German actors joined together to ensure the future of development cooperation. Under the title "The Way of Money", this historical transformation process with Dr. Hans-Joachim Döring and Dr. Des. Paul Sprute discussed. The whole thing is moderated by Uta Rüchel - a real highlight!
