New residential project PANDION LVL UP” brings life to the Hallesche Ufer!

In Berlin-Kreuzberg, the “PANDION LVL UP” residential project will add new living space to the existing “Die Macherei” neighborhood development. The plan is for the project on Halleschen Ufer to offer good connections to the Möckernbrücke and Hallesches Tor subway stations and to create a variety of modern living options. PANDION AG, which has been active in Berlin since 2015, acts as the developer and aims to complete the project by the end of 2028. The project provides for a diversified housing structure. Around 72 units are planned as micro or one-room apartments, which are specifically designed for students, commuters and investors. Particularly noteworthy is the technical equipment, which includes, among other things, e-mobility parking spaces, leasing cargo bikes and a digital concierge service.

Architectural concept and interior design

The architectural planning of the project is the responsibility of the renowned KSP Engel office, which will design an efficiency house in Standard 55. The interior design firm Studio ASH is responsible for the design of the entrance areas and staircases. A modern design and a well-thought-out technical infrastructure are key factors in this ambitious project.

An additional plus point are the micro-apartments, which are equipped with fitted kitchens and can also be purchased furnished if desired. This offer reacts flexibly to the changing living and working realities of the city and is therefore aimed at a broad audience. PANDION also offers a premium service package for investors that includes market analyzes and digital purchase processing.

An urban neighborhood for everyone

The “Die Macherei” quarter is being built on a former commercial area and is intended to combine modern living with office space, restaurants and sports and leisure opportunities. The first parts of this urban living space have already opened, and the first tenants are expected from the beginning of 2026. The project aims to create a lively and multifunctional urban district that harmoniously combines work, leisure and living.
