Now it gets better for the mobile phone fans in the Oder-Spree district!
Deutsche Telekom has caused a sensation in the past two months and launched two new mobile phone locations! So fresh wind comes into the mobile phone supply - citizens can look forward to improved coverage and higher bandwidths. In the municipalities of Beeskow and Storkow, work was worked hard, and the result is impressive!
The new station in Beeskow even has a special order: it ensures a stable reception along the Brandenburg-Süd railway line. "The need for bandwidth is constantly increasing - around 30 percent per year. That is why we continue to pace in mobile phone expansion," explains Georg von Wagner, company spokesman for Telekom, full of determination.
115 locations and more in sight!
Telekom now has impressive 115 locations in the district of Oder-Spree, the household cover is almost 99 percent-a real ray of hope for all smartphone users! And the good news will continue: 53 other locations should be added by 2026, and mass extensions with LTE and 5G are also planned on two existing radio masts.
