Whether fitness, yoga or creative workshops - all of this takes place conveniently from Monday to Thursday. The week starts colorful! On Monday, November 4th, it starts at 4:00 p.m. with fitness and aerobics - for only 3.50 euros. Then at 5:00 p.m. at the Zumba to the latest beats, the sweat river is activated, here participation only costs 1 euro. A perfect start into the week!

If you want to take part in Hatha Yoga on Tuesday, November 5, you will come to the women's center for only 2.50 euros at 4:00 p.m. Here the inner balance is promoted! On Wednesday there is already an extensive offer on the program: from general social counseling to individual job coaching "I want to work again!" - everything after prior registration. There is also Hatha yoga and psychological advice for all those who need support.
When it comes to languages, the language café shines on Thursday, November 7th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Here knowledge of German is refreshed and improved. Not to forget the children! An Irish-Dance children's course takes place for the little dancers. The girls can look forward to the step course in the evening-a great opportunity to learn new moves!

Together, the participants show that violence is not an option - strong, loud and united!
In addition, the Matilde women's center invites you to diverse activities every week that address women of all ages. Whether creative offers, health courses or consultations - everything is designed to strengthen and promote the participants. If you want to work as an artist, you can visit the exhibition "moving pictures" by the social consultant Janett Köber, who adorns the walls of the center.
