In an urgent appeal to all drivers: from the 21. October to October 25, 2024 , the ramp to Märkische Allee in the city in Marzahn-Hellersdorf will be slower than usual for several days! The street and green space office has decided to thoroughly renovate the dilapidated roadway. An absolute must, because the condition of the ramp does not allow any further waiting time!

And that has consequences! This should make the streets safer, but that also means: traffic chaos is just around the corner. The entire road is completely blocked during this comprehensive work - that's not a joke! The first warnings on the route are already shining on the route and indicating bypasses to lead the traffic volume.

Important information for road users

In order to ensure a quick and uncomplicated passage for the police, fire brigade and BVG, access for emergency and emergency vehicles remains open at all times. Cyclists and pedestrians can, however, be reassured: their paths are not affected by the construction work! Everything stays the same here.

But there is no renovation without price: the city's coffers have to dig deep into their pockets for these necessary works! The incredible sum of about 220,000 euros is applied for the construction work and comes from the district street entertainment. An investment in the security of the citizens that is necessary!
