Magna-Park Werder: Construction completed and new opportunities for the region!

The impressive structural development of the Magna Park in Berlin-Werder is coming to an end! With the end of the southern indoor complex, around 95 percent of all construction projects are now completed. Fantastic 220,000 square meters of hall space have been created since GLP started. "The location offers excellent conditions, and working with the city of Werder is outstanding," said Patrick Frank, the GLP's Germany boss, during his visit.

A real ray of hope for the region: The Magna Park has become a busy economic address. Companies such as the Logistik group LGI and the fashion gross dealer F&P Stock Solution have found new homeland. LGI was able to increase its storage space by a third and F&P started with impressive 7,000 square meters. Another Highlight is the sustainability concept that GLP is pursuing to achieve CO2 neutrality. "We rely on heat pumps and photovoltaics," says Frank.
