Left demands clarity: migration thematize instead of disguising problems

The left is in front of a pile of broken glass after the election disaster in Brandenburg! The first throw from an East German state parliament shocks the party, and now the relentless self -criticism begins. Ates Gürpinar, deputy federal chairman of the Left Party, showed a deep look in an explosive interview with the television station Phoenix! "We were busy with ourselves," he admits, showing that the focus on internal fights of the party was at the expense of the important topics.

Gürpinar is certain that you have not communicated clearly enough what the left is really about. Instead, the discussion about migration became the main topic of the state election. "With this debate, the other parties focus on the actual problems - as if refugees were responsible for the fact that our public services are increasingly worse," continued Gürpiner. The undertone is clear: a heated debate is managed here that hides the real challenges in Germany!

migration as a central election topic

In a country where every euro counts and social justice is important, the topic of migration is discussed. Gürpinar sees the danger: "We have to ensure that all people who come here can be integrated, participate, live and work." It is a call to solidarity in times of split - in clear words it calls for more humanity and integration!

This passionate speech hits the nerve of the time! The left is under pressure and voters demand solutions instead of split. "We had to stop fighting together and looking for contact with people," said Gürpinar. Now it is time for the left party to roll up the sleeves and devote itself to the topics that are really close to the heart. The voters want to be heard and seen!
