It is boiling in Neu-Hohenschönhausen! The final master plan for the new "Urban Center" is ready and is on 4. December 2024 unveiled at a sensational information event! This exciting opportunity takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Anna-Segher's library on Prerower. And the best thing about it? The doors open at 5:00 p.m. so that everyone interested can take a look at the exciting plans early on!

What can we expect? The master plan, created by the renowned planning offices Superwien Urbanizm and Studio Boden Landscape Architecture + Urban Design, laid the foundation for the development plan process in the district between Wustrower Strasse and the railway tracks on Falkenberger Chaussee. A radiant district center is to be created here, which will significantly increase the quality of life of the residents!

District Mayor Martin Schaefer from the CDU emphasizes the intensive development work: "Since the presentation of the first draft in October 2022, we have continuously grinded the plans thanks to the feedback from the participation procedures and new framework conditions.
