Lichtenberger Trialogs 2024: Open discussions on mental health

In 2024, a number of events take place as part of the "Lichtenberger Trialogs - Talks on Mental Health", which deal with questions about human psyche. The special trialogical approach enables those affected, relatives and interested parties to exchange ideas with professional helpers in open discussions. Lichtenberg's district councilor for Health, Dr. Catrin Gocksch, emphasizes the importance of these events for space for empathy, solidarity and discussion.

The events take place from February 28 to November 13 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the town hall in Lichtenberg at Möllendorffstraße 6 (room 114) in 10367 Berlin. The topics range from depression to borderline and autism to psychotherapy vs. medication and offer comprehensive insights into different aspects of mental health. The events are free of charge and accessible to everyone.

organizer of the forum is the community psychiatric network Lichtenberg (GPV), which includes more than 30 sponsors, institutions and individuals. The GPV offers municipal assistance for people with mental illnesses and addiction problems.

The series of events is an important contribution to mental health and offers everyone involved the opportunity to meet at eye level and make the complex topic more tangible.
