In September 2024, the Lichtenberg district office was anything but quiet - the construction activities literally exploded! A total of four building applications that exceed the impressive sum of over 1 million euros were submitted. The future of construction projects in Lichtenberg looks promising!

A remarkable conversion is among the huge construction project received: Herzbergstraße 79 will come up with a new look for Queen Elisabeth Herzberge hospital. In addition, not only a new building is realized at Seddiner Straße 8, but the existing building is also pimped up.
