Saving food: This is how frozen products help against waste

Millions of tons of food end up in the trash every year! Yes, really heard! In Germany, almost two thirds of all food waste - proud 6.5 out of 11 million tons - are produced by us, consumers, in our own four walls! According to the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), the Germans call the main cause of the durability problems. But what if I tell you that there is a way to put an end to this dilemma?

The answer is in the freezer! During the nationwide week of action "save food together", which runs from September 29 to October 6, 2024 and at the same time marks the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, we will present impressive tips on how you can not only contain your food waste with freezer, but also be able to protect your wallet!
