The continuing importance of sustainability in the business world is further strengthened by a new cooperation project between the Mittelstandsverbund - ZGV e.V. and the information service provider CRIF. The partnership announced in Berlin on August 23, 2023 in Berlin aims to enable simplified and compliant sustainability reporting.
The partnership represents an answer to the growing requirements for companies, as small and medium-sized companies are also increasingly required to report transparently about their ecological, social and governance-related (ESG) services. Despite the fact that large companies are only obliged to report from 2025, many medium-sized companies are already part of supply chains of these companies and must follow the respective ESG guidelines in order not to endanger their competitiveness.
