Spray cutlery ensures concern among residents in the Nussbaumallee
In the otherwise calm and family -friendly Nussbaumallee in the Westend district of Berlin, there is currently concern among the residents. The reason for this is lying injections that represent the dangers for children. Jessika Lengermann, a mother in the street, reports that her little daughter has just learned to ride bike and she is concerned that she could fall on her syringes. There is a recording facility for refugees directly opposite, which has space for 87 people and has been operated by the State Office for Refugee Affairs (LAF) since March 2021. Lengermann says that the problem with the syringes has existed since the opening of the facility, but has been tightening recently.
Karsten Lengermann, another resident, reports that in the complex in which you live in just over 20 children, for whom the situation is particularly dangerous. Attempts to solve the problem by the police and the regulatory office failed and they would have the feeling that they were not supported.
The home management of the facility and the LAF emphasize that they take the concerns of the residents and the well -being of the children very seriously. Planned measures include increased police patrols at night and a residential assembly to discuss the topic.
For family man Karsten Lengermann it is certain: "We only want to live in a safe and clean road. It has to be traded - for our children."
It remains to be hoped that the planned measures will help to solve the problem with the spray cutlery lying around and to give the residents a feeling of security.
