The current tax estimate strikes like a flash and reveals the true extent of the financial emergency: The traffic light coalition of the Greens, the FDP and SPD presents itself as a politician who tumbles on the abyss with their agenda. Christian Haase, the budget spokesman for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, clearly takes stock and does not leave good hair on the self-proclaimed progress coalition.

"Three years of traffic light with two years of recession - that leaves traces," said Haase. In his sharp words it becomes clear that the political decisions of the past years are like a pile of broken glass that threatens to crush the coalition.
