District office starts regional specialist alliance for SMEs in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

The district office Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg has launched a new project that is supposed to support small and medium-sized companies (SME) in the district in the search for specialists. The regional specialist alliance offers a central point of contact for companies to support them in the acquisition of skilled workers. District Mayor Clara Herrmann emphasizes the importance of a successful acquisition of skilled workers for the success of the companies in the district. The project, which is scheduled to run by the end of 2026, will be implemented by the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberger entrepreneurial Association in cooperation with the Jobcenter Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg and the youth professional agency.

The specialist alliance bundles expertise and support offers for SMEs in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. It offers practice -oriented knowledge formats such as seminars, workshops and network events to support companies in securing skilled workers. The project is financed with federal and state funds as part of the joint task "Improvement of the regional economic structure" (GRW).

interested entrepreneurs have the opportunity to network at the event "Competence Connect - The Effective Practical Exchange for your securing of skilled workers". The event will take place on Wednesday, April 24 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
