Raid in Berlin: Youth spreads IS propaganda on social media!
The focus of a large -scale police operation in Berlin was today 22 searches due to the suspicion of the spread of terrorist propaganda. Under the motto "Naschid Action Day", the emergency services of the State Criminal Police Office searched the apartments of 22 people, including 19 men and three women between the ages of 15 and 36. The focus was on the increased spread of Nashids - sung hymns that glare to the terrorist organization "Islamic State", especially on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
The searches took place in various parts of Berlin, including Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Tempelhof. Numerous evidence, mainly mobile phones and data stores, were secured in the missions and are now evaluated. There were no arrests, but further procedures were initiated due to random finds such as sharp one -handed knives. The investigative authorities hope that these measures are better awareness of the criminal consequences and a address of the endangered target group.
