The promotion of women in football in football is becoming increasingly important, and the program "Female Coaches Berlin", which was launched by the Berlin Football Association (BFV) in cooperation with Nike, shows an innovative commitment.

The trip for interested women begins with an inspiring kick-off event on 21. September 2024 , which takes place at 2:00 p.m. in the Nike Berlin Hub. Here, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the project and the other members of the community and get in the mood for the upcoming adventure. The program includes both presentation events and digital phases in which basic knowledge of children's football is conveyed and the first steps can be taken to the trainer.
