The deep sensitivity is crucial for your security - without sufficient exercise, your body could not react correctly, for example in the event of a threatening fall. B-Girl Jilou, the German champion in Breaking from Berlin, turned out to be a perfect example to explore the secrets of proprioception. In close exchange with the movement scientist Heiko Wagner, she uses her skills to gain valuable knowledge.
