Documentary Human Ride”: A look at our mobility of the future!

On Friday, July 4, 2025, the documentary "Human Ride" at 6 p.m. in the Delphi Lux cinema will be shown at the Zoological Garden. This event belongs to the series Film & Talk #2030, which is organized by the Bildungs ​​for Sustainable Development (SBNE) of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. Directed by Kristian Gründling, and the film deals with the topics of mobility and its importance in everyday life.

"Human Ride" deals with personal perspectives on everyday mobility and offers an insight into various everyday situations. The film accompanies people in places such as streets, train stations, trains, parks, petrol stations and garages. Interviews with taxi drivers and the insight into research institutions expand the image of mobility. Film & Talk #2030

The 64-minute documentary is shown in the original German version with English subtitles. After the film screening, a conversation with the district councilor Oliver Schruoffeneger and the mobility activist Florian Kobler takes place. The discussion is moderated by Lidia Perico, the head of the SBNE. The Film & Talk #2030 series is a cooperation between the SBNE, Delphi Lux and the Berlin State Center for Political Education, and it focuses on films that deal with the 17 sustainability goals.

The film is not only an artistic work, but also a contribution to the discussion about the turn of traffic and the mobility of the future. It should not offer a direct recipe for changes, but should raise awareness of the need for being on the road. The production of greenfilm pays great attention to the authente perspectives of the protagonists.
