Free pedelec training in Charlottenburg: Certainly on two wheels on the go

On Wednesday, March 26, 2024, Charlottenburg citizens have the opportunity to take part in a free pedelec training. The event is carried out by the Charlottenburg youth transport school in cooperation with the Berlin police (section 25). In the training, various dangers in road traffic are discussed, such as speed, legal regulations, distance, "dead corner", reaction times, visibility, protective clothing and theft protection. Participants have the opportunity to get pedelecs and helmets, but can also bring their own. The training takes place on the grounds of the youth traffic school in Loschmidtstraße 6-10.

In times when more and more people switch to environmentally friendly means of transportation, it is important to find out about the safe use of pedelecs. Especially in a busy city like Berlin, it is crucial to know about potential dangers and to be able to react appropriately.

The Charlottenburg Youth Transport School has been an important contact point for traffic education for many years and sensitizes children, young people and adults for safe behavior in road traffic.
