Federal states criticize deportation practice: a call for reform

In a shocking outcry from the heart of Brandenburg and Berlin, the current deportation practice is hardened! The voices of the opponents become louder, and the political reactions are not long in coming.

Olaf Jansen, the head of the central immigration authority Brandenburg, has the practice in the RBB report "Limits of Immigration", which is broadcast on Tuesday evening, described as absolutely "wrong", "unjust" and "inhuman". "It is a scandal!" Calls Jansen, "we push people who have integrated here in our society, while real criminals and conscientious refusers can continue to stay here!" Finally, the taboo is addressed: Why do those who work and their children go to school have to pay the most expensive bills for the system's errors?

political echo from Berlin

Jansen receives

support from Vasili Franco, the domestic spokesman for the Greens in the Berlin House of Representatives. He also announced unequivocally: "The current deportations are often the wrong ones." Franco is vehemently speaking out against a "surplus competition" that cannot solve the supposed social problems. "We have to integrate people, don't deport them! We are talking about tolerated trainees who are willing to make a contribution!"

Franco is by no means alone with his assessment. He makes it clear: "It is a naive wish to think that we can solve all of our problems with a wave of deportations." Reality speaks a different language: if you really want to maintain social peace, you cannot look away from the sidelines!

The debate about deportation practice glows like never before! While some demand to reform the system and deport off the criminals faster, families who have found their home in Germany are worried about their future. What's next? Politicians are required to initiate improvements as quickly as possible so as not to shake the trust of the population further!
