Fasanenstraße, 10623 Berlin, Deutschland - Yesterday afternoon in Charlottenburg: A suspected art thief was caught in a fresh act! At 12:50 p.m., the 24-year-old stood in a gallery in the Fasanenstrasse of a locked display case and grabbed a valuable sculpture. But his brazen coup was not unnoticed!

Two attentive security employees of a nearby business immediately took the persecution and held the thief until the police arrived. The suspect could finally be taken into custody and is now intensively interviewed by the specialist commissioner for art offenses. Another case for the police - and an exciting day for the art scene!
