On Monday afternoon, an argument in Charlottenburg escalated brutally: a 41-year-old man was attacked with a knife by three attackers and seriously injured! The incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Jebensstrasse when the aggressor became verbally suspicious. The altercation ended with stab wounds in the back and a broken nose for the 41-year-old.
The federal police quickly intervened and provided first aid until the emergency services arrived. The injured man was taken to a hospital where he is being treated as an inpatient. Meanwhile, two of the suspected perpetrators, 24 and 40 years old, were arrested in the immediate vicinity, while the third unknown man was able to escape. The two detainees were taken to the police station to verify their identities and were later released. A specialist commissioner from Police Department 2 (West) has taken over the investigation.
