Eine 43-jährige Frau war mit ihrem Roller auf dem Fürstenwalder Damm in Richtung Köpenick unterwegs, als sie aus bisher ungeklärten Gründen in die Schienen der Straßenbahn geriet und stürzte. Bei dem Sturz rutschten die Frau und ihr Roller einige Meter über den Asphalt. Die Fahrerin prallte mit ihrem Kopf gegen einen Lichtmast und war daraufhin nicht mehr ansprechbar. Ein aufmerksamer Autofahrer, der zufällig vorbeikam, hielt sofort an und leistete Erste Hilfe. Gleichzeitig wurde der Notruf verständigt.
