Red town hall becomes the scene of the MINT award! On October 07, 2024 we celebrate the cleverly heads of Berlin! Over 60 students who shine in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology (MINT) receive their well -deserved honor of State Secretary Christina Henke. This is the most exciting day for the city's MINT talent!

At this glamorous occasion in the Red town hall, we honor the outstanding achievements of the Berlin students. Wow, these young geniuses are not only creative, but also extremely committed! Some of them even acquired the coveted MINT-EC certificate with award!

a special day for clever minds

In cooperation with the National Excellence School network MINT-EC, the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family promotes talents that prevail in MINT competitions. The event will take place on Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the ballroom of the Red City Hall, 10178 Berlin-Mitte. A must for the future of technologies!

The celebration is made by Dr. Dimitri Podkaminski and Dr. Niki Sarantidou, who together moderate the exciting program together. Including a fascinating keynote from the analog astronaut Dr. Carmen Köhler! She will speak on the topic of "Journey to Mars" - an absolute dream for every technology fan!

MINT-EC: The network for the future!

MINT-EC is the national network for schools with an outstanding MINT profile. Founded in 2000, it not only offers a variety of events for students, but also a platform for the exchange among teachers. An indispensable part of the educational landscape, which has already gathered 342 schools under his patronage!
