A Berlin man has been in custody for six months. Now the allegations that are raised against him became known at the start of the trial. The public prosecutor accuses the 34-year-old to have made a 16-year-old to have been used to sexually abused and forced prostitution for several weeks.
The defendant silent about the allegations on Wednesday. The acts are said to have occurred from mid -January to mid -February of this year. Accordingly, the man promised the girl cocaine in return for sexual acts and took advantage of her drug frenzy.
In addition, the accused is accused of organizing meetings with freelancers in two cases and offering her an activity as a "escort lady". According to the newspaper "B.Z.", which observed the court of court, the accused even tried to sell the girl to a 60-year-old freer for 1000 euros. The indictment also claims that the man filmed a meeting where three men had sex with the 16-year-old.
The public prosecutor has accused the man for sexual abuse, rape, forced prostitution and drug trafficking. The trial against the 34-year-old, who has been in custody for six months, continues on August 29th.
