Asterix celebrates 65 years: Dialect adventures conquer Germany, Austria and Switzerland!

The comic world is head! The legendary Asterix celebrates its 65th birthday with an insane dialect trip across Germany, Austria and Switzerland! On October 8, 2023, fans can look forward to the first publication "Asterix of the Gauls" in six exciting dialects: Low German, Ruhr German, Schwäbisch, Munich, Viennese and Schwyzerdütsch. That doesn't exist - yes, there is!

In the far north, the authors Peter Nissen and Reinhard Goltz take the readers on a Low German journey in which the Gauls snack in a typical north -German way. For the sixth time they present the dry north German humor in "Asterix de Gallier". But there is also a lot of trigger in the Ruhr area! Comedian Hennes Bender brings up with "Happiness, the Gauls comes!" For the ninth time the hysterical Ruhrpott interpretation of this story on the bookshelves.

Swabian sayings and Munich investigations

A real treat comes from Tübingen! Klaus Mühlsteffen, the creative head behind the Asterix mundart adventures, has demonstrated his now respectable Swabian with "Asterix Dr Römerschreck". The success story began in the nineties when he submitted the idea to the publisher. A shot that was sitting!

And who would have thought that the well -known actor Udo Wachtveitl alias Commissioner Franz Leitmayr from the crime scene now also wear the pants in Gaul? In "Asterix Oana vo us" he determines for the first time on his own on his own, and the tension increases! But that's not all! For the fourth time, the wonderful Viennese dialect comes into play when writers Ernst Molden in "Asterix da Wüdde" brews the story freshly. Here the Romans are certainly anything but enthusiastic!

Switzerland should not be missing, of course! After 30 years there is finally adventure on Schwyzerdütsch with "Asterix the Aargallier". Musician Jan Seven Dettwyler, a lifelong comic fan, is now involved in the illustrious round of the dialect adventurers!

The exciting dialect albums will be available in the shops and online from October 8th - at Egmont for moderate prices (EUR 15.00 in Germany, EUR 15.50 in Austria and SFR 21.50 in Switzerland).

but be careful not to miss! On September 30th, the second edition of the long -awaited series "Idefix and the indomitable - stepped into the feeding bowl" will be available.
