Successful radio broadcasts in BERLIN and Brandenburg - Antenne Brandenburg remains market leader in the broadcast area - Radioins achieved the top position in Berlin - Fritz lists growth
In Berlin and Brandenburg, the radio programs of the Bundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) are extremely successful. In the entire broadcast area, Antenne Brandenburg defends its position as the most heard program, while Radioeins reaches second place. Antenne Brandenburg also leads in Brandenburg, while Radioeins was able to conquer this position on the Berlin radio market. Fritz can also record significant gains. Overall, the audience of the RBB radio fleet has a range of over 1.5 million people per day, as can be seen from the figures of the media analysis (MA) Audio 2024/II published on Wednesday (July 17).
Katrin Günther, program director of the RBB, commented on the success: "We are very happy about this cross-border success and congratulate the teams in the programs. Overall, Antenne Brandenburg reached a daily reach of 443,000 listeners in the entire broadcast area between Monday and Sunday, whereby it is 353,000 listeners in Brandenburg alone, which means a clear market leadership.
Radioeins was able to increase its daily reach in Berlin to 267,000 listeners (MA2024/I: 242,000) and thus reaches the top position on the hard -fought radio market in Germany. In the broadcast area, the range of radioins grows to 434,000 listeners and thus occupies second place behind Antenne Brandenburg.
Fritz was able to significantly increase its daily reach in Berlin and Brandenburg and now reach 183,000 listeners in the broadcast area (158,000).
rbb 88.8 claims 188,000 listeners every day in Berlin, while the RBB24 Inforadio reaches 256,000 listeners throughout the broadcast area.
The advertising -free program RBB culture remains stable with a daily range of 64,000 listeners in the region per day. The MA 2024/II figures were charged before RBBbkultur became Radio3 in April 2024.
All RBB radio station together reach a daily reach of over 1.5 million people per day.
The daily reach indicates the proportion of the German -speaking population from the age of 14, which hears radio on an average day between Monday and Sunday.
