In a sensational turn for the German television landscape, ZDF has announced its support for the innovative series program "Serial Eyes"! For the next two years, ZDF will act as an important partner of the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB) and will accompany talented serial authors on their way to the creative world of series production.

Why is that important? Very easy! "Serial Eyes" is celebrated as the first postgraduate training program for series authors in Europe. Here, twelve committed participants have the chance to learn the secrets of serial writing and production over nine months. With a special focus on collaborative work in the Writers ’Room, the participants are asked to develop innovative and captivating series formats.
