Diverse sounds from all over the world: Music festival in the Britzer Park am Buschkrug enthusiastic with reggae, jazz and more

The Britzer Park am Buschkrug will become a stage for live music with an international flair in August and September. Solom musicians: Inside and bands from different countries such as Afghanistan, Australia, Guinea and Syria make a variety of music styles such as reggae, pop, Celtic rock, folk, arabic music and jazz sound. The event, which takes place on three Friday evenings, not only invites you to listen, but also for dancing. There are also DJ sets with world music, drum workshops and a children's theater that round off the musical experience.

The concert series takes place in the park on the Buschkrug in Buschkrugallee in Berlin. Here is the overview of the dates:

    • 5 p.m.: Bouba Diakité drum workshop
    • 17: 45–18: 30 p.m.: Bouba Diakité Reggae Band (Africa / Germany)
  • 30. August 2024, 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
    • 5 p.m.: Tim Mc Millan & Rachel Snow (Australia/Germany)
    • 6 p.m.: Nabil Arbaain/Arabic Music Institute Berlin (Syria/Germany)
    • 18: 45–19: 30: DJ set with music for dancing

    • 5 p.m.: Shekib Mosadeq (Afghanistan)
    • 5:45 p.m.: rapper* without borders

Admission to the concerts is free, and the event is organized by a cooperation between the Kulturnetzwerk Neukölln e.V. and the Department of Culture of the Neukölln district. The “Music at the Buschkrug” project is funded by the district's integration fund.

The Kindertheater Kazibaze, the Bouba Diakité Reggae Band, Tim Mc Millan & Rachel Snow, Nabil Arbaain, Shekib Mosadeq and Rapper* Without borders are just a few of the artists: Inside with music on the bush krug and the audience will inspire with their music.

The Bouba Diakité Reggae Band ensures a good mood with its summer music, while Tim Mc Millan & Rachel Snow enchant the audience with her mix of different music styles. Nabil Arbaain offers a unique fusion of classic Arab music with jazz and other western styles.

Shekib Mosadeq, an Afghan pop star who fled to Germany, will also appear at the event and present its multifaceted music. Rapper* Without borders is committed to the integration of young refugees and migrants: inside through the mediation of German through rap music.

The music on the bush jug promises a diverse musical journey through different cultures and styles and invites all music lovers and dance enthusiasts to an unforgettable experience.
